Australian Cattle Dogs,
Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dogs
Dalmatians
Bull Terriers of both sizes
Australian Shepherds
Border Collies
Old English Sheepdogs
English Setters, just to name a few.
Congenital sensorineural deafness CAN NOT be bred out.
Congenital sensorineural deafness is part of the genetic makeup of the breed.
Congenital sensorineural deafness is recognized as a problem in many dog breeds that carry the piebald and merle gene, ie. those breeds with the white gene in their genetic makeup.
